Not required if good soil.

Spacing

Single Plants: 50cm (1' 7") each way (minimum)
Rows: 45cm (1' 5") with 60cm (1' 11") row gap (minimum)

Sow and Plant

Soak seeds in water overnight before planting them 2cm (1 in) deep and 15cm (6 in) apart in warm soil after last frosts. Thin to proper spacing after two weeks.

Notes

Requires warm temperatures to give a good yield. Wear gloves if handling the plants when wet gives you an allergic reaction.

Pick pods young while they are still small.
